Exemption from liability

Liability for content
The content of our site pages has been put together with the greatest care. However, we cannot guarantee the correctness, completeness and up-to-date nature of said content. As the service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages according to general laws, in line with § 7 para. 1 TMG (German Teleservices Act). However, in line with §§ 8 to 10 TMG, as service provider, we are not obligated to monitor or, according to circumstances, research third-party information that is transmitted or stored that indicates illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information according to general laws remain unaffected by this. However, liability in this context is only possible from the point in time that knowledge of a concrete violation of the law exists. We will remove such content immediately when we become aware of any such violation of the law.

Liability for Links
Our service includes links to external third-party websites, over whose content we have no influence. For this reason, we can take no responsibility for said external content. The provider or operator of the site in question is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. The linked pages have been checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Illegal content was not identifiable at the time the links were created. Continuous monitoring of the content of the linked pages is, however, not a reasonable undertaking without concrete evidence of a violation of the law. If we become aware of violation of the law we will remove any such links immediately.

The content and works created by the site operator on these pages are subject to German copyright law. Duplication, editing, distribution and any form of utilisation outside the limits of copyright law require the written consent of the author and/or creator in question. Downloads and copies of this site are only permitted for private, not commercial, use. Insofar as content on this site has not been created by the operator, the copyright of third parties is upheld. In particular, third-party content is labelled as such. If you nevertheless become aware of a breach of copyright, we ask you to inform us. If we become aware of violation of the law we will remove any such content immediately.

Data protection
As a rule, use of our website is possible without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (e.g. name, address or email addresses) is collected on our pages, this takes place, whenever possible, on a voluntary basis. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express agreement. We point out that data transfer on the Internet (e.g. in email communication) can be subject to security flaws. Flawless protection of data against access by third parties is not possible. The use by third parties of contact data published as part of legal notice requirements for the sending of advertising and informational material that has not been expressly requested is hereby expressly forbidden. The operators of the pages expressly retain the right to take legal action in the case of unrequested sending of advertising information, such as in the case of spam emails.

Data protection notice for the use of Facebook plug-ins (Like-Button)
Plug-ins from the social network Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA, are integrated into our pages. You can link to the content of our pages on your Facebook profile by clicking the Facebook ‘Like’ button while logged into your Facebook account. In this way, Facebook can assign the visit to our pages to your user account. We point out that we, as the provider, receive no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by Facebook. You can find more information on this topic in Facebook’s data protection statement: If you do not want Facebook to be able to assign the visit to our pages to your Facebook user account, please log out of your Facebook account before visiting our pages.
